I received my M.A. in English from the University of Texas at Arlington. I specifically studied Rhetoric, which is language theory, while obtaining my M.A.. I was an adjunct professor at UTA for ten years, teaching freshman composition and argument theory. I started writing literature in 2005. My writing group meets regularly every other weekend and twice for a full week.

I am currently working on getting an anthology of our writing group’s short stories published.  I am also working on learning all of the ins and outs about writing novels.  To that end, I am writing a Sci-Fi and a Fantasy novel.  Although, I will most probably also write fiction.

Currently, I attend three cons: DFWCon, FenCon, and the Marine Creek Creative Writing Conference.
